Emerging Talent Sales Program Overview

Sales Strategy Internship: LATAM

Our Sales Strategy Internship in the LATAM region is a 6 month program run in the Spring (January-June) and the Fall (July-December) where students are assigned to a role within our Sales team to do real, hands-on marketing work in a full-time (40 hour/week) capacity.

Customer Success Internship: LATAM

Our Customer Success Internship in the LATAM region is a 6-month internship where Interns will be introduced to Customer Support, Customer Success, Solutions Partner Program, and Professional Services.  It is a great way to learn how multiple areas of business connect and how to collaborate.

Interview Process (LATAM)

  • 1st Round: Recruiter Phone Interview
  • Final Round: Zoom Interview with Sales or Customer Success Managers
  • Additional Round: Potential Meet and Greet with Senior Management

    *All LATAM Interns need University approval.  This process takes some time to complete and the candidate will need to know if the university will sign on their behalf.

As a LATAM Sales intern, what will I participate in?

  • Supporting Business Development Reps (BDRs) and Sales Reps in gathering quality, reliable data on prospects and companies  
  • Executing on tactics and routines to improve the overall quality of accounts existing in our CRM system
  • Collaborating in the creation of documents, presentations and materials to enable sales reps and/or partners in driving more value with HubSpot products 

As a LATAM Customer Success intern, what are some of the responsibilities and tasks like?

  • Work in webinars with our customers as a co-hosts and facilitator
  • Content creation for our Solutions Partners and Direct customers
  • Partnering with our customer-facing teams in Customer Success and assist with tasks and projects directly impacting our customers
  • Support internal tasks and projects for your team including but not limited to reporting, business review presentations, documenting playbooks, creating enablement materials, and internal communications
