Risk & Compliance Co-op Program Overview
HubSpot’s Compliance Assurance Team is looking for students who are interested in solving complex problems and being part of a small, elite and fast-moving team that focuses on IT Risk, Security, Control and Automation.
As a Risk & Compliance Co-op, you will be part of a project team analyzing multiple parts of the HubSpot business and operations, identifying potential technology risks and risk management solutions. You’ll be expected to assist the team in evaluating, remediating and documenting the risks and the corresponding compliance controls.

- 1st Round: (1) 30-Minute Recruiter Phone Interview
- 2nd & Final Round: (2) 30-minute Zoom Video Interviews With the Compliance Team

We only hire Co-ops during the School year (Fall and Spring). - What do you look for in a candidate?
- Someone with strong writing skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- A keen interest in areas including Accounting, IT, Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and SaaS companies.
*Some experience in an IT/Security environment is a plus but not required.
